Registration Information

Your registration is effective upon receipt of the full registration fee by us.
The conference registration fee includes: (1) access to all sessions; (2) conference programme and materials; (3) lunches and coffee breaks; (4) conference dinner and party.
Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by iDeal, BanContact, or bank transfer.

*You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Bachelor or Master) within the academic year 2025-2026. A certificate of enrollment or a letter signed by your supervisor needs to be provided by e-mail (etmaal2026@wur.nl) to confirm your registration.

After completion of registration and receipt of payment you will receive an invoice. If you do not receive an invoice or have other concerns, please contact registratie.etmaal2026@wur.nl.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate group invoice requests, each attendee will need to complete their registration individually.
In case you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, we cannot adjust the original invoice details. However, we can adjust the details of the attendee in the registration system.

No refunds will be granted to non-attendees.
A refund may be granted in certain circumstances (force majeur as judged by the Organization Committee). In this case, written notification needs to be provided to registratie.etmaal2026@wur.nl before 5 January 2026. In any case of cancellation, the participant is liable to pay an administration fee of €50,- which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
In the case of any right to restitution, payment will be made to the participant after the event has taken place.
A participant has the right, in the case of cancellation, to send a replacement (at no further costs), subject to sending a prior written request to the organizers.
